CSBA reacts to state Superintendent of Public Instruction Jack O’Connell’s State of Education address

West Sacramento, Calif. – California School Boards Association Executive Director Scott P. Plotkin will be available for comment immediately following Superintendent of Public Instruction Jack O’Connell’s State of Education address on Feb. 3.
