Mandate Prep and SiteServ

Mandate Prep provides comprehensive and personalized service to ensure claims are a fully compliant and filed on time for rightful reimbursement. Also available is SiteServ, a mandate program that directly assists local school sites. The Mandate Prep and SiteServ programs feature a strong team approach including hands-on client service, training and planning, data tracking and reporting, quality assurance and compliance checks, test claim monitoring, liaison with the state controller's office and the Commission on State Mandates, an audit support system and a live help desk.

Your claims are supported by a district consultant working together with territory coordinators, regional managers, training and technical staff, compliance and advocacy experts.

Planning, training and follow up
We do not limit the amount of visits or trainings sessions provided to our clients. We collaborate with you to create a client service plan that determines milestones for training, data collection and follow up.

ezMandate “paperless” logs
We built an easy, accurate and compliant system with an innovative design where users can electronically submit, track and review their time. Built-in compliance guidelines at each step and customizable user preferences are available exclusively to Mandate Prep and SiteServ clients.

Year-end revenue opportunity reports
We present a complete analysis of your district data and performance, identifying revenue opportunities and recommendations.

Audit support
Our compliance experts maintain contact with the State Controller’s Office and the Commission on State Mandates, reviews claims for compliance and supports our clients in the event of an audit.

Exclusive access to information from one of the top advocacy teams in the state.

SiteServ

Enhanced management and site level support. Also available with Mandate Prep is SiteServ, a program to directly assist local school sites. In addition to your district’s Mandate Prep consultant, a SiteServ consultant coordinates with the service team, working directly with each site to provide training and support. SiteServ reduces the mandate workload and time commitment for site administrators and their staff, ensuring that costs are not being overlooked and that documentation is compliant.
