If you were being over billed, wouldn’t you want to know?
CSBA has joined forces with Northwest Capital Recovery Group, a Pacific Northwest consortium since 1994, to offer our members a valued program that analyzes utility and telecom bills for over billing of services. NWCRG specializes in recovering overcharges for clients in the areas of telecommunications, electricity, natural gas, garbage and water/sewer/storm.
Why Northwest Capital Recovery Group?
- There is no risk or out-of-pocket costs for your school district.
- They share a percentage of any refunds/savings/credits AFTER they have shown up on your bill, hence negative cash flow is not an issue.
- No need for justification of expense or capital budget approval.
- Purely performance-based analysis; if they don’t find anything, you owe nothing.
- They get the money for you. What good is an analysis if you can’t collect the money?
- They are able to find refunds/savings in over 95 percent of the cases.
- The service doesn’t stop once they have obtained refunds on overcharges. Clients have enjoyed major cost reductions in the future as well.
- They are “carrier impartial” which means they don’t represent any carrier or utility service provider whatsoever. This is extremely important. The client is their only concern, period.
- They have been in business over 10 years and have seen tens of thousands of bills for hundreds of clients. Thus they can rapidly spot inconsistencies, overcharges and common errors that are often overlooked.
NWCRG’s consortium approach
NWCRG believes that in many instances it’s impossible for any one company to be an “expert” in all aspects of telephone and utility analysis therefore their consortium approach obtains the best possible result for school districts. In these cases, they have created alliances with other world-class analysis firms across the country so school districts have the benefit of different “eyes” reviewing their particular situation. They have also insured that their consortium partners have the same philosophy they do: “carrier impartial.”
Getting started
Getting started is easy. There is very little intrusion on district staff time. All NWCRG needs to collect are 3 things:
- Copies of 3 months bills
- Copies of any contracts (if applicable)
- A letter of agency and signed agreement
It’s that simple. Stop being over billed and call us today!
