All Webinars feature screen shots with step-by-step instructions and details in audio and caption format. User can turn off the audio to view tutorials with only captions.

Creating new meetings and meeting templates

A tutorial that first teaches meeting administrators how to create a new, blank meeting agenda. Then, it walks through how to create a template from the newly created meeting; making future meeting planning easier.

Creating new meetings from a template

This tutorial teaches meeting administrators how to create a new meeting agenda based on a previously saved template.

Recording minutes

A tutorial which shows meeting administrators how to record minutes.

Printing minutes

A tutorial that shows meeting administrators how to print minutes.

Creating and viewing static snapshots

A tutorial that teaches users how to create and view static snapshots.

Sticky notes

This tutorial walks through how to use sticky notes.  Specific skills addressed are: adding, saving, deleting, and printing notes.

Learn the basic AgendaOnline navigational features available to anyone who access the Web site, whether they have a login or not, by viewing one of the Basic Navigational Features tutorials. The second tutorial (denoted with a *) is an audio-only version. Additional submitter and reviewer tutorials are in production.

This tutorial shows staff how to effectively use sticky notes. Specific skills addressed are: adding, saving, editing, deleting, and printing notes.

*Contact your district's meeting administrator if you do not have access to sticky notes on your AgendaOnline site. He/She must set the appropriate preferences.

Basic navigational features

Accessing static snapshots

This tutorial teaches board members how to access, download, and view static snapshots of a meeting agenda. Static snapshots are offline versions of an agenda that can be used where there is no internet access.
