Creating new meetings and meeting templates
A tutorial that first teaches meeting administrators how to create a new, blank meeting agenda. Then, it walks through how to create a template from the newly created meeting; making future meeting planning easier.
Creating new meetings from a template
This tutorial teaches meeting administrators how to create a new meeting agenda based on a previously saved template.
Recording minutes
A tutorial which shows meeting administrators how to record minutes.
Printing minutes
A tutorial that shows meeting administrators how to print minutes.
Creating and viewing static snapshots
A tutorial that teaches users how to create and view static snapshots.

Basic navigational features

Accessing static snapshots
This tutorial teaches board members how to access, download, and view static snapshots of a meeting agenda. Static snapshots are offline versions of an agenda that can be used where there is no internet access.
