Workouts focus on cardiovascular health and circuit training based on calisthenics. |

Collaborating with local districts, CSUMB, and Teatro Campesino, Monterey County Office of Education provides intensive academic intervention, university enrichment, cultural exploration, performing arts and technology programs for migrant students in Monterey County. |
