Larry Tramutola, founder of TRAMUTOLA and author of Sidewalk Strategies: Seven Winning Steps for Candidates, Causes and Communities. TRAMUTOLA specializes in grassroots mobilization, community outreach and political strategy.

Jean Ross, executive director of the California Budget Project. CBP is an independent fiscal and policy analysis organization with the goal of improving public policies affecting the economic and social well-being of low- and middle-income Californians.

Reference the CSBA Legislative Action Conference to receive the new special conference rate of $149 single/double. (NOTE: Those who have already made housing reservations will automatically receive the $149 rate.) The cut-off date for discounted reservations is Wednesday, April 20. (Your accommodation will be secured at the special group rate if rooms are still available in the block. After the cut-off date, rooms will be provided based on availability and current room rate.)
