Consolidated Financial Statements provide the financial position and the related statements of activities and cash flows of the California School Boards Association and Affiliates (CSBA Foundation, CSBA District Services Corporation and CSBA Finance Corporation). After completing an audit of the Consolidated Financial Statements,  CSBA’s independent auditors present the financial statement annually to the Board’s audit committee and then to the full Board of Directors for approval.
