Kidsdata.org, a project of the Lucile Packard Foundation for Children’s Health, launched a comprehensive Web site that tracks hundreds of indicators on the health and well being of children throughout California. Data is continually updated, and available for all cities, school districts, and counties, along with statewide comparisons. This dynamic Web site offers descriptions of why each issue matters and what the data means, as well as links to related news and research.
