CSBA analysis sums up state budget cuts, implications 

CSBA has analyzed the recent revisions to the 2008–09 and 2009–10 state budgets and developed additional guidance for governance teams to consider in an updated budget advisory, “Revisions to the 2008 and 2009 State Budgets.” Now available on CSBA’s Web site, the advisory provides tools and strategies to implement the changes made to the budget in July, as well as an overview of issues to consider regarding the use of federal funds and a preview of what’s ahead in the coming months.
