CSBA provides background information and analysis on critical and current education issues that impact California’s children. Representing CSBA to state administrative agencies and educational organizations, CSBA monitors state and national educational policy-making activity, advising board members, superintendents, and state and national leaders of the impact of such activity on local school governance. The association assumes a proactive policy advisory role by anticipating the critical education issues affecting school districts and county offices of education.
