Monika Moulin

Monika Young Moulin is a dedicated community leader and former Yosemite Unified School District board member. With a rich background in communications and marketing, she brings a unique blend of skills to her advocacy for meaningful educational experiences that prepare students for success in higher education, the workforce and life.
Since the early 2000’s, Moulin has been an integral part of CSBA’s Masters in Governance® (MIG) training program. She shares her expertise with educational leaders statewide and specializes in leading sessions on community relations, advocacy, policy and judicial review. Moulin also facilitates governance workshop sessions tailored to single districts and is pivotal in CSBA’s annual Orientation for New Trustees. Moreover, she regularly contributes insightful columns to CSBA publications, including “Governance Corner” and “Boardwise.”
