First General Session | Thursday, Nov. 29
Shawn Achor, author of “The Happiness Advantage,” spent more than a decade at Harvard University, when he  won numerous distinguished teaching awards and served as head teaching fellow for “Positive Psychology.” His research underscores that individual happiness and organizational success are inextricably linked. Achor provides practical strategies for positive leadership, raising engagement, and ultimately improving business outcomes.


Second General Session | Friday, Nov. 30
Susan Cain, corporate lawyer and author of “Quiet: The Power of Introverts in a World That Can’t Stop Talking,” explores the role of introverts in society and how their strengths and contributions are often undervalued. Learn to tap into the strengths and develop the leadership skills of quiet individuals.
