Check your mailbox for the latest issue of CSBA’s California School News, which is also available in
digital format. The October issue covers key education legislation signed or vetoed by Gov. Jerry Brown before his Oct. 11 deadline; summaries of recent lawsuits and amicus briefs filed by CSBA’s Education Legal Alliance; results of the 47th Annual PDK/Gallup Poll of the Public’s Attitudes Toward the Public Schools; and the new (second) edition of CSBA’s “Call to Order: A Blueprint for Great Board Meetings.” Another article highlights Sarah Lewis, the First General Session speaker at CSBA’s 2015 Annual Education Conference and Trade Show this December.
