New issue of CSBA newsletter covers Prop. 98 manipulation lawsuit, LCFF Working Group meeting

Check your mailbox for the latest issue of CSBA’s California School News, which is also available in digital format. The November issue covers CSBA v. Cohen, the lawsuit filed by the Education Legal Alliance against the state of California over the unconstitutional manipulation of Proposition 98. Also included are highlights of the recent meeting of the LCFF Collaborative Working Group, which featured guest speaker Carl Cohn; a recap of the Education Insights Legal Update webcast on lease-leaseback and facility construction agreements; summaries of additional education legislation signed by Gov.
