CSBA’s 2013 Forecast Webcast features Christopher Thornberg, one of California’s leading economic forecasters, along with an expert panel moderated by CSBA Executive Director Vernon M. Billy. The webcast includes discussion on education and economic issues following the presidential election and Californians’ vote on Propositions 30 and 38 and the budget proposal Gov.
