Steven M. Ladd, Ed.D. has been an educator for over 40 years, serving in leadership roles in school districts in Florida, Oregon and California. From 2004-2014, he served as superintendent of the award-winning Elk Grove Unified School District, the largest school district in Northern California and the fifth largest in the state. After retiring in September 2014 from Elk Grove Unified, Ladd continues to work in education as a consultant. Ladd’s areas of interest and expertise include career technical education, leadership development, improved academic achievement and digital education.
